4 Fall 2022 • sai-national.org 2022 Natial Cvention Keri Flowers Richburg National Vice President, Finance Keri was initiated by the Delta Zeta Chapter at Troy University in Troy, AL in 2007. While at Troy, Keri majored in Secondary Mathematics Education and participated in the Sound of the South marching and concert bands, playing the piccolo and flute. Keri attended the University of Alabama to obtain her Masters in Pure Mathematics while serving in an advisory role for the eta Delta chapter. In 2012 she was appointed Rho B Province Officer. During her term, she was awarded the Sword of Honor by the eta Delta Chapter. Keri returned to Troy to continue teaching and was elected to the Rho A Province Officer position in 2015. In 2018 Keri was elected to her first term as National Vice President, Finance. She was awarded the Rose of Honor by the Huntsville Alumnae Chapter in 2022. Keri currently teaches Mathematics Education and Secondary Education courses for the department of Teacher Education at Troy University. She also serves as the P12/Secondary program coordinator, where she oversees the accreditation and management of 20+ education degree programs. Keri is pursuing her doctorate in Mathematics Education from Auburn University. Keri and her husband Ryan reside in Troy, AL with their two cats, Mayer and Sylvester. Jennifer Zerangue Mistretta National Vice President, Extension Jennifer Zerangue Mistretta is an initiate of Iota Omicron Chapter at the University of Louisiana, where she earned both her Bachelor's in Accounting and her Master's in Business Administration. As a collegiate member, Jennifer was awarded an undergraduate scholarship by SAI Philanthropies, Inc. She served as chapter treasurer, where she obtained a grant through SAI Philanthropies, Inc. for her chapter's annual service project. She was awarded the National Collegiate Treasurer's Award at the 2003 Centennial Convention in Dearborn, MI. Jennifer went on to serve as president of her collegiate chapter and was awarded the National Collegiate Leadership Award and both the Sword of Honor and Ruby Sword of Honor. Upon graduating, she received the Scholastic Award and the Collegiate Honor Award. While pursuing her Master's, Jennifer affiliated with the Lafayette Alumnae Chapter, serving as the chapter's Vice President, Ritual. In 2006, she was elected Omega A Province Officer. From 2009-2018, Jennifer served as National Vice President, Finance. In 2018 she was elected as the National Vice President, Extension. During her terms on the NEB, Jennifer has been awarded the Wreath of Achievement and Ring of Excellence. Currently residing in the greater New Orleans area, Jennifer has been active in local philanthropic projects, including raising funds for the American Heart Association. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Louisiana and is a Director at Postlethwaite & Netterville. Jennifer is a member of the Louisiana Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. She is a graduate of the 2011 AICPA Leadership Program and currently serves as chair of a sub- committee of the Board of Examiners. Jennifer's work with the Fraternity, Philanthropies, and connections with SAI members across the country has given her an avenue to remain connected to the field of music. She is grateful to have the opportunity to serve SAI. Rebecca Sepulveda National Vice President, Ritual and Fraternity Education Rebecca Sepulveda was initiated into the Eta Sigma Chapter at Eastern Kentucky University in 2009. She then affiliated with Eta Sigma as a graduate student and later with Lexington Alumnae. In addition to chapter committee chairs and offices, she has served the Fraternity as National Website Monitor (2014-2015), Sigma A Province Officer (2015- 2018), Sigma D Province Officer (2018- 2022), and as a member of the LCPM Review Committee. Rebecca is a three time recipient of the Professional Development Grant and a recipient of the Music Education Outreach Grant through SAI Philanthropies, Inc. She has been awarded the SAI Scholastic Award, Sword of Honor, and Rose of Honor. Professionally, Rebecca is an Elementary Music Teacher in Lexington, KY. She is a member of the KMEA, American Orff Schulwerk Association, and the National Educators Association. Within her community, she is actively involved in the Kentucky Orff Schulwerk Chapter and works closely with local collegiate music education departments to host student teachers and practicum students. She received her BM in Music Education and MM in Music Education from Eastern Kentucky University. She most recently completed her ESL and Gied Education endorsements, also from Eastern Kentucky University. Rebecca resides in Lexington, KY with her husband, three cats, and a dog.
