sai-national.org • Spring 2024 5 WISCONSIN e chapters of Epsilon A Province, plus Epsilon Omicron Chapter, sponsored a booth at the 2023 Wisconsin School Music Association's conference at Monona Terrace in Madison, WI on October 26 and 27. e two alumnae chapters, Madison and Milwaukee, supplied workers for the booth from 8:30 to 4:00 each day. Two of the collegiate chapters and both alumnae chapters contributed to the fee. We felt it was extremely successful. Many people commented about this being the first time that we were present. Several women came to the booth, greeted us with big smiles, and were really happy to see their sisterhood represented at the conference. We asked the alums if National Headquarters had their up-to-date information, and if not, they filled out the form. Members from the other active chapters stopped by and were excited to see us. All together, I think it was very valuable, and we hope to encourage members who have not been affiliated to make connections with our chapters. e stickers for the name badges were a hit, and the pencils and pens got snatched up. One of the alums who helped me who is a retired music teacher said she hadn't expected it to be so interesting and so much fun! — Martha Dodds Stoner, President, Madison Alumnae Chapter Music Notes ARIZONA e Phoenix Alumnae Chapter co-hosted an information booth with the Arizona Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia Governor, Gordan Za, on February 2 and 3, 2024. e Arizona Music Educators Association (AMEA) held its annual music educators in-service conference in Mesa, AZ and celebrated the organization's 85th year. SAI sisters Marcella Columbus, Eileen Brown, Karen Rolston, and our newest Patroness member, Mellissa Silva, helped to staff the booth on both Friday and Saturday. We met and chatted with many Arizona sisters, and other music educators in the state, and reconnected with some SAI sisters who have been off our radar for some time. All had a great time. — Heather Featherstone, Editor, Phoenix Alumnae Chapter
