Ruth Sieber Johnson retired as Executive Director on January 1, 2025. For many, she is synonymous with Sigma Alpha Iota. She has been a mentor across her varying roles in the fraternity, from leading a Province to leading the sisterhood in wisdom and strength as Executive Director. The fraternity will celebrate her forty years of membership at this year's National Convention.
