As an accomplished recitalist and prize-winning singer, she delivers compelling and honest performances spanning opera, musical theatre, oratorio, recital, and Scot Song repertoire. Since her move to Glasgow, Parker has expanded her musical horizons and further delved into Scottish traditional and modern repertoire, creating a deeper musical and personal connection with her new home. She is one half of the musical duo homesong, alongside Scottish collaborative pianist Rhionna Inwood. Together, they creatively blend contemporary art song and folk music, offering a fresh perspective on both genres. Passionate about exploring her new home through song, she performs regularly across Scotland as a freelance musician. Her recent performances have taken her to prestigious venues, including Inveraray Castle, The Glasgow Royal Concert Hall, The Scottish Arts Club in Edinburgh, The Glasgow Art Club, St. Giles' Cathedral, Glasgow Cathedral, Dunfermline Abbey, and St.Salvator's Chapel in St Andrews. Parker is also a dedicated arts educator and passionate about community music in Scotland. She serves as an active part of Kickstart Opera CIC, which provides high quality music education and performance opportunities. Recently, she has also been appointed to continue her teaching as a team member of the Junior Conservatoire at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland. She recently completed her Master in Music in Performance at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, studying under Soprano, Lorna Anderson. She is also an alumna of the University of Oklahoma School of Music where she completed a Bachelor's Degree in Vocal Music Education.
