She has been active ever since by serving in office or on a committee almost every year. She most recently overhauled the chapter's scrapbooks into brand new volumes. She has been a mentor to various sisters and is always helpful with kind advice and guidance. She is a recipient of the Sword of Honor, Rose of Honor, Rose of Dedication, and Rose of Constancy. For the last two Conventions, she has served in the position of Chairman of the Nominating Committee. Her Province Officer writes, "I have known this member for over 20 years from when I was a member of the same alumnae chapter and now as her Province Officer. If someone were to ask me what SAI is, I would have to say this person's name. She exemplifies the ideals of SAI in every aspect of her life, whether it is during SAI meetings, SAI functions, private studio, or performances. Her knowledge of SAI policies, protocol, and ethics is amazing. In all of the offices she has served, she always went above and beyond her duties to make sure that it was done correctly. As I was preparing to complete this portion of the application, I went back to our SAI purpose, privileges, and responsibilities and it is amazing how this member fulfills each and every one of them. I cannot think of anyone who is more deserving of this award." • R e g i on a l A lum na e L e a d e r s hi p Awa r d • (D ia m ond S word) REGIONname III Liz Aleksander IV Jo Arlene Adams Brinkle V Wendy Hohmeyer VIII Linda McAlpin INITIATING CHAPTERcurrent chapter Sigma Beta Lincoln Epsilon Gamma Jonesboro Sigma Midland Delta Alpha Philadelphia PROVINCE Xi A Mu A Alpha C Chi A • N ati on a l ALUM NAE TREASURER Awa r d • LINDA AMES L L as Vegas Alumnae Chapter , Delta B, Region i inda Ames, an initiate of Pi Chapter, has received the Sword of Honor and the Rose of Honor.
