fraternit y awards 2012 • N at i ona l C o l l e g i at e L e a d e r s h i p Awa r d • Al li son Ha rvey Kappa , Universit y of Nebraska/Lincoln, Xi A , Region III A llison Harvey was initiated by the Kappa Chapter at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln (UNL) in Xi A Province. She served her chapter as Vice President Ritual in 2010-11 and was Corresponding Secretary this past school year. She was also the Fraternity Education Chairman in 2009-11 and Public Relations Chairman for 2010-12. A dedicated SAI member and musician, Allison organized chapter musicales to assist sisters with jury preparation, as well as chapter study sessions for sisters taking music theory and music history courses. She was co-planner of Charter Day and took on the task of completely revamping the chapter's bylaws. Outside of her SAI activities, Allison served as Music Director at the UNL Newman Center from 2009-12. She is also a member of Kappa Delta Sorority and served as both Ritual Chair and Song Chair in 2011. This past spring, Allison was the UNL Concerto competition winner and has been a repeat first place winner at NATS competitions.
