He was also commissioned to compose a piece for the Starlight Band of Tulsa by Mark Watson and Friends of the Starlight Band in honor of Tulsa flutist Debbi Turner. His CD album Nuova Avventura was also released, consisting of piano compositions in various styles, along with flute, violin, clarinet, or string quartet for some of the tracks. WEBSITE: josephrivers.com EUGENIE ROCHEROLLE NEWS: Eugenie Rocherolle presented her latest publications on the Hal Leonard Publishers Showcase at the Music Teachers National Association conference on 3/23/10 in Albuquerque. She received another ASCAPlus Award in 2010. She was invited to attend The World Piano Conference in Novi Sad, Serbia. The 2011-2013 Federation Festivals Bulletin of the National Federation of Music Clubs will include 23 of her piano compositions and selections from a piano trio collection. She has received a commission from the Music Teachers National Association to write a piano trio featuring wind instruments, to be premiered at the March national conference in Albuquerque. Another commission for a piano solo from the Cooperative Vincent –d'Indy of Montreal, is to commemorate the organization's 25th anniversary.
