There are few musicians who can afford to participate in all of the workshops, internships, master classes and summer programs that are necessary in order to become proficient in one's field, yet Philanthropies makes it possible. I can honestly say that when I was initiated, I couldn't have dreamed that I would be sitting where I am now, doing a job I love, surrounded by music-making each and every day.
