Thursday evening included Iota Lambda's
initiation of new members. 1. Kathy
Acosta Zavala (Alpha Beta) performed
the musical prelude. 2. Inter-American
Music Awards Director Sara Bong and
Dr. Melinda Lein (Charlotte Alumnae)
performed the prelude during the
ceremony. 3-4. Sisters assembled for
refreshments and photos. The night
ended with a performance by the
Sentimental Journey Dance Band.
Attendees danced to a variety of songs
including "Sentimental Journey,"
"Embraceable You," "The Locomotion,"
and "Brown Eyed Girl."
