As a collegiate initiate of the Beta Lambda chapter, she provides experienced and well-versed advice to the chapter. She makes a point of getting to know members on an individual basis and assists in planning and even hosting chapter events. Becky is invested in ensuring that the Beta Lambda chapter and its members remain focused on chapter and fraternity goals. Her presence at most chapter meetings provides a stable, approachable support system for the chapter. To ensure chapter stability and growth, she offers Chapter Procedure Manual reviews for each Executive Board position. To ensure member well-being, she encourages them to enhance their professionalism and personal growth. As Beta B Province Officer, Kendra McFarland, pointed out, "This advisor has been able to have a very profound, positive impact on the chapter in the short time she has been their advisor." As the Director of Business Services Operations at Florida International University, Felecia has dedicated her time and resources to ensure that the Lambda Omicron chapter maintains its presence within the university and the school of music. This has been accomplished by facilitating communication between the chapter and faculty/ staff, as well as offering the chapter ideas on how to market themselves on and around their campus. Her effort led to enhanced recruitment and chapter growth increasing their presence and stability on their campus. To show her support for the chapter and its members, Felecia regularly attends chapter meetings, philanthropic events, and member performances, generously giving of her personal time and resources. As chairman of the chapter's advisory committee, she has put plans in place to help the chapter utilize their advisory committee more effectively and has arranged for the committee itself to meet once a month to ensure the chapter is achieving their goals. In the words of the chapter, "She brings the same warmth, support, insight, and hard work as an advisor that we look for in potential new chapter members". According to Lambda A Province Officer, Hilary Yip, "With Felecia's guidance, the chapter has thrived over the past two years; doubling their membership, increasing member retention, strengthening the bonds of sisterhood, and increasing their visibility on campus and in the music school."
