Both published by Prairie Dawg Press (prairiedawgpress.com) KAREN CUNNINGHAM NEWS: In the spring of 2012, Karen Cunningham's piano solo, View from my Window, was used in a short documentary called "Peggy." healingvoicespersonalstories.org/currentprojects.html The video is a story about a woman surviving abuse. The production company 'Healing Voices" is situated in Santa Fe, New Mexico. Her piano solo, My Heart Awaits, was used in a video montage for Trap Free New Mexico, in the spring of 2012. In 2011 and 2012 Karen participated in the 48 Hour Film Project in Albuquerque, New Mexico. She was paired up with filmmakers that produced a short film in 48 hours. She produced music for the films. Early in November 2012, she will work with 48 Hour Music Video Project. Her piano solo, Autumn will be premiered in a video by a filmmaker participating in the event.
