The Aspen Music Festival and School was founded in 1949
and offers an eight-week summer season which includes more
than 400 classical music events--concerts by orchestras, solo and
chamber music performances, fully staged opera productions,
master classes, lectures, and children's programming. SAI Anna
Thompson, an initiate of Sigma Theta at Eastman, was the
recipient of this year's Sigma Alpha Iota Voice Scholarship
at Aspen.

Founded in 1936, the Brevard Music Center is a summer
classical music training program and festival. Over 700
students come to the Music Center each summer to study
with a distinguished faculty and world renowned guest

The Chautauqua Institution is a non-profit, residential and
educational community located in southern New York State.
Its mission: "Chautauqua is dedicated to the exploration of
the best in human values and the enrichment of life through
a program that explores the important religious, social and
political issues of our times; stimulates provocative, thoughtful
involvement of individuals and families in creative response
to such issues; and promotes excellence and creativity in the
appreciation, performance and teaching of the arts." The
Institution will celebrate its Sesquicentennial in 2024.

A nationally recognized summer
