8 Fall 2025 • sai-national.org Rebecca Sepulveda National Vice President, Ritual and Fraternity Education Rebecca Sepulveda is a 2009 initiate of the Eta Sigma Chapter at Eastern Kentucky University where she earned her BM and MM in Music Education as well as endorsements in ESL and Gied Education. She has been affiliated with Eta Sigma and Lexington Alumnae, where she held several offices and committee chairs. In addition, she has served the Fraternity as a Fraternity Director- National Website Monitor, Sigma A Province Officer, Sigma D Province Officer, and as a member of the LCPM Review Committee. Rebecca is a three time recipient of a Professional Development Grant and a recipient of the Music Education Outreach Grant through SAI Philanthropies, Inc. She has been awarded the SAI Scholastic Award, Sword of Honor, Rose of Honor, and Wreath of Achievement. Professionally, Rebecca is an Elementary Music Teacher in Lexington, KY. She is a member of the American Orff-Schulwerk Association, Kentucky Orff-Schulwerk Association, and American Federation of Teachers. Within her community, she works closely with local collegiate music education departments to host student teachers and practicum students. Rebecca resides in Lexington, KY with her husband, three cats, and dog. Tracey Wygal Withrow Chairman, Board of Directors, SAI Philanthropies, Inc. Tracey Wygal Withrow was initiated into Eta Tau Chapter at Shepherd University in the Spring of 1996, where she earned a BA degree in Secondary Education with certification in K-12 vocal and instrumental music. She holds a MA degree in Communication Studies from West Virginia University. She has held several leadership positions in both her collegiate and alumnae chapters, later serving as Iota C Province Officer (2006-2012) and Region VII Regional Officer (2012-2015). Tracey also served on the National Executive Board from 2015-2022 as National Vice President, Ritual and Fraternity Education. She is a recipient of the Sword of Honor, Ruby Sword of Honor, Rose of Honor, Wreath of Achievement, and Ring of Excellence. Professionally, Tracey is employed as the music teacher at Frederick Douglass Elementary School in Winchester, VA. She is a member of the Virginia Professional Educators. Tracey has been named Educator of the Year by Shepherdstown Middle School, James Wood Middle School, and the Northern Shenandoah Valley ARC. As a performer, Tracey has gained recognition and praise, notably in her musical tribute to the country legend Patsy Cline. Her likeness to Cline's unmistakable, robust voice has received accolades time and time again. Ellis Nassour, author of Honky Tonk Angel: e Intimate Story of Patsy Cline, said the following: "As you know, Patsy is still unequaled...but hey, she better watch out! is gal has the most fantastic voice!" Tracey is currently portraying Patsy Cline in Lovesick Blues: A Tribute to Hank Williams, Sr. and Patsy Cline. Tracey has extensive and long-standing experience in philanthropic endeavors, engagement, education, and management through work for the American Cancer Society. Tracey is event manager and social media manager for the Hampshire County (WV) Relay For Life. The 2025 Natial Cvention Michelle Werner National Vice President, Fraternity Development Michelle Werner was initiated into the Delta Lambda chapter at SUNY Fredonia in 2001. Upon graduation, she immediately affiliated with the New York Alumnae Chapter. Michelle has had the honor of having been involved on the national level of the Fraternity, having been asked to serve on the Nominating Committee, National Objectives Committee (as a member and chair), Communications Director, Convention Volunteer Coordinator (for the 2018 and 2022 conventions) and most recently Phi B Province Officer for the past three trienniums. She has been awarded the Sword of Honor, Rose of Honor, and Wreath of Achievement. Professionally, Michelle is an accomplished marketing professional. She has been involved with all facets of marketing, from publicity, email marketing, social media, event planning, and digital marketing. She received her BA in Music Business with a concentration in Marketing and Promotions from SUNY Fredonia in Fredonia, NY. Two years aer graduation, Michelle received her MBA in Marketing at New York Institute of Technology. She is also a cantor and member of her church choir on Long Island, NY.
