sai-national.org • Fall 2025 7 The 2025 Natial Cvention Jaielle Manning, Ph.D National Vice President, Collegiate Chapters Jaielle Manning was initiated into the Mu Gamma chapter of Sigma Alpha Iota at Hampton University in Hampton, VA, where she studied Music Education with a concentration in voice. Aer receiving her bachelor's degree, she went on to earn a Master of Arts in Teaching from Hampton University and an Educational Specialist degree in Administration and Supervision, as well as a Ph.D. in Educational Leadership from Old Dominion University. During her undergraduate studies, Jaielle served as the Recording Secretary and Vice President, Ritual. Aer graduation, Jaielle affiliated with the Hampton Roads Alumnae Chapter and was elected as the Province Officer for Iota D from 2018 until 2022. She also served on the Task Force for the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Jaielle is currently a high school Assistant Principal in Stafford, VA. Prior to this position, she served as an elementary school music teacher with Fairfax County Public Schools and a high school music teacher and chair of the fine arts department with Suffolk Public Schools. Jaielle has a passion for creating opportunities for young people to get involved in the arts and works to find new, exciting experiences for them. Jaielle feels very passionately about Sigma Alpha Iota. She believes that if we all work together, we can continue to progress on the ideals and goals of this Fraternity and we can grow as an organization and individuals. Jaielle is humbled by the opportunity to serve Sigma Alpha Iota as the National Vice President, Collegiate Chapters. Jennifer Zerangue Mistretta National Vice President, Extension Jennifer Zerangue Mistretta is an initiate of Iota Omicron Chapter at the University of Louisiana, where she earned both her Bachelor's in Accounting and her Master's in Business Administration. As a collegiate member, Jennifer was awarded an undergraduate scholarship by SAI Philanthropies, Inc. She served as chapter treasurer, where she obtained a grant through SAI Philanthropies, Inc. for her chapter's annual service project. She was awarded the National Collegiate Treasurer's Award at the 2003 Centennial Convention in Dearborn, MI. Jennifer went on to serve as president of her collegiate chapter and was awarded the National Collegiate Leadership Award and both the Sword of Honor and Ruby Sword of Honor. Upon graduating, she received the Scholastic Award and the Collegiate Honor Award. While pursuing her Master's, Jennifer affiliated with the Lafayette Alumnae Chapter, serving as the chapter's Vice President, Ritual. In 2006, she was elected Omega A Province Officer. From 2009-2018, Jennifer served as National Vice President, Finance. In 2018 she was elected as the National Vice President, Extension. During her terms on the NEB, Jennifer has been awarded the Wreath of Achievement and Ring of Excellence. Currently residing in the greater New Orleans area, Jennifer has been active in local philanthropic projects. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Louisiana and is a partner at EisnerAmper. Jennifer is a member of the Louisiana Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is a graduate of the 2011 AICPA Leadership Academy. Jennifer's work with the Fraternity, Philanthropies, and connections with SAI members across the country has given her an avenue to remain connected to the field of music. She is grateful to have the opportunity to serve SAI. Jacqui Ramírez National Vice President, Finance Jacqui Ramírez is the Marketing & Events Director for Gilda's Club South Florida, where she leads the strategy, planning, and execution of the organization's communications and signature fundraising events. Jacqui holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication Arts from Florida International University and has spent her career in the nonprofit sector, specializing in event production, donor engagement, and business development. Her expertise in budget management and financial strategy enhances her ability to produce mission-driven events that are not only memorable but fiscally successful. Her passion for service was shaped by her lifelong involvement in Sigma Alpha Iota International Music Fraternity. Initiated at the Lambda Omicron Chapter, she was honored with both the Sword of Honor and Ruby Sword of Honor, recognizing her excellence in leadership, academics, and service. As an alumna, Jacqui continued to serve the Fraternity through various officer roles in the Fort Lauderdale Alumnae & Patroness Chapter and previously as the Lambda A Province Officer from 2022-2025, supporting collegiate and alumnae chapters across South Florida. In addition to her involvement within SAI, Jacqui is also a dedicated member of Sigma Kappa Sorority, serving on the board of the Miami Alumnae Chapter, where she continues to advance the values of personal growth, friendship, loyalty, and service.
