Or email nh@sai-national.org Music Therapy Grants for First Year Professionals New for 2025, four grants of $500 each are available for music therapy professionals in their first year of the profession. Individuals are eligible after completing their Certification Board of Music Therapists (CBMT) exam and must be a collegiate-initiated member of SAI. June 1 is the final application deadline for SAI Philanthropies, Inc. grants for this Fraternity year. Grants are available for both individuals and chapters to assist music programs and further professional or educational development. The selected recipients will receive a stipend of $2,500 for use for a variety of items, such as travel and housing expenses, professional development related to the internship, professional attire, or required internship supplies. Final Deadline June 1! Chapter Outreach Grants Chapter Outreach Grants are awarded to collegiate or alumnae chapters. These grants are in support of an outreach project developed and carried out by the chapter for the musical enrichment of the campus or community beyond the membership of SAI. Professional Development/ Education Grants Grants of up to $500 are available to support the educational or professional development activity of an individual. These grants encourage music-related or leadership development in continuing education and professional development among alumnae and affiliated patroness members. Music Education Outreach Grants Honoring the longtime focus SAI has given to music education, the Music Education Outreach Grant offers a grant to assist music programs in public schools, at any grade level, K–12.
