2011: Strings, Woodwinds & Brass
Eligibility:
The Award:
A $5,000 grant to a member of Sigma Alpha Iota for the
purpose of advancing her career in performance. She
must be preparing for a concert career and demonstrate
career potential. Grant funds must be used for advanced
study, coaching, or other purposes directly related to the
development of a professional performing career.
• Member of Sigma Alpha Iota, initiated as a college student,
in good standing
• Must have undergraduate degree as of application deadline
• Applicants must not be under professional management
• Vocalists no older than 35, Instrumentalists no older than 32,
as of application deadline
Deadline:
Submit application materials and CD by March 15, 2011.
