sai-national.org • WINTER 2016 • PAN PIPES 5 BOARD MEMBER Tamara Friedlander was initiated into Alpha Mu Chapter at Carnegie Mellon University, where she earned a Bachelor's of Science in Operations Research and Statistics. She continued her education with a Master's of Applied Statistics at Penn State and has spent her career in various data analytics roles at Bank of America. Tamara keeps music in her life by playing cello in local community orchestras and being active in SAI Alumnae chapters in both Charlotte and Philadelphia. She is currently serving as the Philadelphia Alumnae Treasurer and has just joined the board of SAI Philanthropies, Inc. Tamara is also active in her local Jewish community, serving on the young professionals board of the Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia as co-chair of charitable drives and kickball team captain. BOARD MEMBER Susan Frank was initiated into the Gamma Gamma Chapter at Shenandoah University in the Spring of 2010, where she served as chapter treasurer and president, and received the Sword of Honor. She is currently affiliated with the Winchester Alumnae Chapter where she serves as Vice President of Ritual and Webmistress. While at Shenandoah, she earned a double Bachelors Degree in Violin and Mass Communications, as well as a graduate certificate in Non Profit Management. Previous to working on the SAI Philanthropies, Inc. Board, Susan worked for the Bridgewater Virginia Historical Society. In this position she assisted the board in building the new organization from year one and on. She assisted in duties from organization and development, to fundraising and performing at benefit concerts. Susan is currently a violin teacher in Staunton, Virginia, as well as a first violinist at the Waynesboro Symphony Orchestra. She also works in the shipbuilding "family business" with her father, sisters, cousin, and fiancé. NATIONAL VICE PRESIDENT, FINANCE (EX OFFICIO) Jennifer Zerangue Mistretta is begin- ning her third term as National Vice President, Finance. She was initiated into Iota Omicron at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette, where she earned a Bachelor's in Accounting degree and a Master's of Business Administration. She served Iota Omicron as chapter presi- dent and Lafay- ette Alumnae Chapter as Vice President, Ritual. Prior to being elected National Vice President, Finance in 2009, Jennifer served as Omega A Province Officer. Fraternity honors include the Sword of Honor, National Collegiate Leader- ship Award, National Collegiate Treasurer's Award, Ruby Sword of Honor, Rose of Honor, Wreath of Achievement, and Ring of Excel- lence. Currently employed by Postlethwaite & Netterville, Jennifer is a member of the Loui- siana Society of CPAs, American Institute of CPAs, and serves on the Young CPA Council and numerous LCPA financial projects. EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR (EX OFFICIO) Ruth Sieber Johnson is an Epsilon Tau initiate of the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, from which she received a Bachelor of Music degree in vocal performance. She also attended MacMurray College in Jacksonville, IL, and did graduate work at UALR in teaching the gifted and talented. After completing her studies, she joined the roster of the Arkansas Opera Theater. She was a charter member of the Little Rock Alumnae Chapter, served as Mu Province President and President/Vice President,Tau B Province Officer, and National Newsletter Director and editor of Tempo! before being hired for her current position. She has received the Collegiate Scholastic Award, Sword of Honor, Rose of Honor, Rose of Dedication, and Ring of Excellence. 2015-2018 SAI PHILANTHROPIES, INC. 2015-18 SAI Philanthropies, Inc.
