The ensemble is recording works for a Video and CD release in 2018 prior to the Mid-West Band and Orchestra Clinic. The chapter has been involved in many aspects of the process — performing, assisting with guest housing, editing — and will assist at the premier event. E P S I L O N P I T r u m a n S t a t e U n i v e r s i t y , P i B , R e g i o n I I I T he New Horizons Music Festival is an event that showcases recently composed music on the campus of Truman State University. The festival began as a composition competition 18 years ago and has grown with Epsilon Pi's involvement for the last five. Guest composers present workshops and new works are performed by university ensembles, showcasing a wide variety of musical genres and backgrounds. The chapter provides programs, equipment, publicity, funding, and overall labor for the event.
